Key Responsibilities

  1. Define Sales Strategy: Work closely with the management team to develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
  2. Build and Manage Pipeline: Build a pipeline of new potential partnerships and manage it systematically to ensure timely follow-up and conversion.
  3. Understand Market Competition: Develop a deep understanding of the competition and various retail verticals in the market (supermarkets, convenience stores, florists, bakeries, etc.).
  4. Target New Retail Partners: Target new retail partners in line with the company's strategy to meet strategic and operational objectives aligned to the geographical perimeter.
  5. Establish Relationships: Establish solid relationships with role players at the highest levels of an organization, particularly within the VP, EVP, and C-suite or for smaller partners, shop managers, and owners.
  6. Manage Sales Process: Manage the entire sales process from contact point to signature of contract and aid with technical, legal, and financial aspects.
  7. Manage Prospect/Client Expectations: Effectively manage prospect/client expectations throughout the sales cycle.
