Job Description

At Kahoot, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join our team in EMEA. This role involves driving and executing the renewal process for a portfolio of customers, ensuring timely and successful renewals of their subscriptions.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in account management/renewals within value-based B2B SaaS sales, working with enterprise customers. They should have proven success in managing a big portfolio of accounts, prioritizing, securing large expansions, and driving customer growth.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive and execute the renewal process for a portfolio of Kahoot customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact for their renewal needs.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their company needs and business case, and negotiate renewal terms and pricing.
  • Execute necessary commercial agreements/amendments of the renewals or expansions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in account management/renewals within value-based B2B SaaS sales, working with enterprise customers.
  • Proven success in managing a big portfolio of accounts, prioritizing, securing large expansions, and driving customer growth.
  • Project and change management skills with past successes in process optimization and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong commercial and business acumen, with a hands-on approach.
  • Skilled at engaging decision-makers and key stakeholders, building lasting relationships.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
  • Structured and data-driven mindset.
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
