About the Position

We are looking for a talented Account Executive to join our team at Salesforce, Inc. This role involves a mix of net new business and account management within a defined territory and account plan.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management skills, an inspiring and positive attitude, and the ability to navigate multiple priorities while consistently meeting KPIs.

Job Responsibilities:

You will work closely with current and prospective customers as a trusted digital advisor, understanding their challenges and goals.

Collaborating with customers on the Salesforce platform, you will promote solutions that help them achieve their business objectives and drive innovation within their organizations.

You will be a valuable contributor to our business as a member of our Ohana.

Main Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing strategies to achieve sales objectives by identifying and qualifying opportunities.
  • Investigating prospect processes, business challenges, and strategic goals based on customer use cases and value hypotheses.
  • Identifying persuasive value propositions that address customer needs by demonstrating an understanding of technology solutions.
  • Communicating effectively with customers using various methods and tools.
  • Utilizing available resources and tools to achieve results.
  • Collaborating with the account team and partners to support the deal and customer success.
  • Fluency in both Norwegian and English, with the right to work in Norway.
