About the Role

Salesforce, Inc. is looking for a skilled Account Executive with expertise in technology and value-based solution selling. In this role, you will be responsible for both net new business and account management within a designated territory and account plan.

This position requires exceptional time management skills, an inspiring and positive approach, the ability to navigate multiple priorities, and consistently meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).

Job Responsibilities:

You will work closely with current and prospective customers as a trusted digital advisor, gaining a deep understanding of their challenges and goals.

Collaborating with customers on the Salesforce platform, you will evangelize solutions that help them achieve their business objectives and drive innovation within their organizations.

You will contribute to our business as a valued member of our Ohana.

Main Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing strategies to achieve sales objectives by effectively identifying and qualifying opportunities.
  • Investigating prospect processes, business challenges, and strategic goals based on customer use cases and value hypotheses.
  • Identifying compelling value propositions that address customer needs by demonstrating an understanding of technology solutions.
  • Communicating effectively with customers using various methods and tools.
  • Utilizing available resources and tools to achieve results.
  • Collaborating with the account team and partners to support the deal and customer success.
  • Fluency in both Norwegian and English, along with the right to work in Norway.
