
Business Growth Leader

At SD Worx Norge, we are seeking a skilled Business Growth Leader to drive our Services team's success. This pivotal role involves leading a dynamic team focused on empowering customers with knowledge and capabilities.
About the RoleIn this position, you will oversee and drive the Services team's activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives. You will identify and recommend new market opportunities to enhance growth, develop and execute the business plan for the services team, and take ownership of customer satisfaction by collaborating with Implementation, Support, and commercial stakeholders.
You will actively contribute to sales efforts, working closely with other functions. Key Responsibilities include:
- Oversee and drive the Services team's activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Identify and recommend new market opportunities to enhance growth.
- Develop and execute the business plan for the services team, including setting and achieving goals.
- Take ownership of customer satisfaction by collaborating with Implementation, Support, and commercial stakeholders to ensure service excellence.
We are looking for a skilled leader with a proven track record in consulting and team management. Required qualifications include:
- A minimum of 5 years leading teams and 5-10 years in consulting.
- A clear and inclusive leadership style, with the ability to engage and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in managing change and driving organizational improvement.
- Skilled at balancing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A relevant academic degree.
- Fluent in Norwegian and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
