As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will play a key role in identifying and researching potential customers, assessing leads to ensure they match our ideal customer profile (ICP), and scheduling meetings for Account Executives (AEs).

What You Will Achieve:
- Lead Generation - Identify and research potential customers using Findable's internal lists, LinkedIn, and Google
- Lead Qualification - Assess leads to ensure they match our ideal customer profile (ICP) and understand their needs to tailor outreach messaging
- Meeting Booking - Schedule meetings for Account Executives (AEs) through phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach, aiming to meet or exceed a monthly target of 20 booked and completed meetings
- Process Improvement - Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system, analyze data to refine outreach methods, and collaborate with the sales team to enhance strategies
