Partnership Development:

  2. Develop tailored commercial frameworks, pitch materials, and stakeholder plans for each vertical.
Sales Process Optimization:
  1. Streamline sales processes, ensuring efficient management of the pipeline for new partnerships.
  2. Build business cases and analyze commission revenue potential to support partnership proposals and decisions.
Negotiation and Stakeholder Alignment:
  1. Conduct negotiations regarding partnership terms and align internal and external stakeholders throughout longer sales processes.
  2. Establish solid relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
