Enterprise Sales Executive

The ideal candidate will have a passion for selling transformative enterprise software or technology solutions to C-level executives and VPs. Key responsibilities include:
- Creating and driving revenue within a list of named accounts and/or in a specific region.
- Developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to reach and exceed assigned sales quota quarterly and annually.
- Conducting market research to understand customer needs, market trends, consultancy, and competitive landscape to tailor sales pitches and presentations effectively.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations.
- Leading collaborative efforts to enable the customer to quantify and articulate business value.
- Providing leadership, mentorship, and guidance to a growing sales team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on achieving results.
- Coordinating with technical and operational teams to ensure successful project scoping and delivery.
- Maintaining accurate account and opportunity forecasting using CRM.
Key requirements and qualifications include:
- Passion for selling transformative enterprise software or technology solutions to C-level executives and VPs.
- Strong commercial skills: Ability to identify sales leads, pitch products or services effectively, negotiate deals, and close sales.
- Track record in international SaaS B2B/enterprise sales with proven results.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment in high-growth mode.
- Proficiency using CRM software (Hubspot is a +), to manage client interactions, track sales activities, and analyze customer data.
- Professional standard spoken and written English, additional languages are an advantage.
- Experience in the energy industries is a bonus.
- Experience in the oil and gas industry is a bonus.
