Are you a driven and result-oriented professional looking for a new challenge? Do you have experience in B2B SaaS sales and a passion for helping others learn and grow?

As a Commercial Business Developer, you will be responsible for acquiring new business and expanding existing accounts within the SME segment (companies with < 2000 employees) in EMEA. You will manage the full sales cycle, executing strategic sales initiatives, and maintaining a strong pipeline to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify, engage, and convert SME prospects through proactive outreach, inbound inquiries, and targeted sales efforts.
  2. Develop and strengthen relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and introduce enterprise solutions.
  3. Manage the end-to-end sales process from initial contact to deal closure and post-sale expansion efforts (excluding renewals).
  4. Maintain and develop a structured pipeline, providing weekly forecasts to ensure consistent business growth.
  5. Develop a strong understanding of how Kahoot enhances corporate communication, learning & development, and effectively communicate its value to customers.
