Small to Medium-Sized Enterprises Sales Lead

Are you a driven and result-oriented professional looking for a new challenge? Do you have experience in B2B SaaS sales and a passion for helping others learn and grow?
As a Commercial Business Developer, you will be responsible for acquiring new business and expanding existing accounts within the SME segment (companies with < 2000 employees) in EMEA. You will manage the full sales cycle, executing strategic sales initiatives, and maintaining a strong pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify, engage, and convert SME prospects through proactive outreach, inbound inquiries, and targeted sales efforts.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and introduce enterprise solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process from initial contact to deal closure and post-sale expansion efforts (excluding renewals).
- Maintain and develop a structured pipeline, providing weekly forecasts to ensure consistent business growth.
- Develop a strong understanding of how Kahoot enhances corporate communication, learning & development, and effectively communicate its value to customers.
