We are seeking an exceptional Senior Manager, Pre-Sales to drive our Sales Engineering efforts forward. As a key member of our team, you will lead a talented group of professionals and engage directly with Enterprise customers to showcase the value of our platform.

In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating closely with the sales teams to understand customer requirements, sales goals and strategies. You will also provide technical expertise and support to the sales team during customer interactions, presentations, demonstrations and tenders.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the sales and pre-sales processes, from strategic planning through to execution. They should also have a solution-oriented and analytical mindset, with strong skills in accurately assessing customer needs and delivering customized solutions.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years in Pre-Sales roles within SaaS or tech companies, particularly with medium complex enterprise-level deals.
  • At least 3 years of leadership experience, with a proven track record of leading and inspiring high-performing teams.
  • Proactive and organized, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate cross functionally, drive improvement initiatives and successfully manage projects.
