Job Description

As a Strategic Project Acquisition Lead, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying mega-project opportunities in the European market. You will work closely with our sales teams to develop sales strategies and form pursuit teams to secure premium wins.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Target strategic projects in the (pre)FEED phases and maintain a clear mega-project horizon funnel;
  2. Develop sales strategies and form pursuit teams to secure premium wins;
  3. Drive the sales strategy and guide sales resources through a structured pursuit sales process over multiple years;
  4. Establish connections with key customers, FEED/EPC contractors, and major partners;
  5. Position Measurement Solutions differentiated value propositions tailored to the customer's needs, introduce new product offerings, and negotiate effectively;
  6. Work with executive management to leverage opportunities and improve competitive advantages;
  7. Coach project sales teams, provide upskilling, and ensure effective pursuit leadership and pricing guidance;
  8. Develop and share industry-specific value messages and guide the sales team on a consultative sales approach.
