Responsibilities:- Develop and implement scalable and efficient sales strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives.
- Oversee systems such as Hubspot (CRM), MonetizeNow (CPQ), and Snowflake/Tableau (BI) to streamline operations.
- Partner with the Revenue, Customer, and Finance teams to align goals and execution.
- Prepare reports for leadership and the Board of Directors.
- Manage resources effectively to support sales performance.
- Experience leading sales or revenue operations, management consulting, or similar roles with a strong commercial and operational focus (ideally 5+ years).
- Proficiency in CRM, ERP, and BI systems and experience with sales analytics and revenue processes.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver results (ideally +5 years).
- A track record of leveraging data for strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A Master's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field.
