Job Overview

TN Norway is seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our global sales network and drive business growth. As the Global Sales Enablement Director, you will be responsible for developing and coordinating our sales strategy at a global level, with a focus on helping countries define their own country plans and drive new service development.

Key responsibilities include analyzing sales results, evaluating efficiency streams, and coordinating target setting processes. You will also be responsible for driving the global sales network to coordinate actions and global development processes, as well as collecting inputs from the global sales network to improve efficiency and effectiveness of sales.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in the certification industry and good knowledge of certification services and relevant sales experience. They will also have advanced skills in the use of office productivity suites and CRMs.
