Global Sales Manager

Flokk is a leading manufacturer of high-quality workplace furniture in Europe, with a growing family of global brands. Our company's worldwide sales have led us to seek specialists for our export team in the position of Sales Manager.
Sales and Export Team LeaderThe Sales Manager will be responsible for presenting, promoting, and selling Flokk's selected products in export markets. He will establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships with clients through effective communication and collaboration.
Key responsibilities include assessing customer needs, suggesting suitable products, services, and solutions, and developing and delivering sales bids, presentations, and proposals. The ideal candidate will identify and contact prospective customers, build relationships to generate future sales, and expand customers' portfolios through active brand and product presentations.
In this role, you will collaborate with architects, design & build companies, engage in local brand promotion activities, and contribute to building up the company's sales & development strategy. We are looking for a motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, and a confident approach to people.
Qualifications:
- Experience in sales of premium brands (preferred).
- Excellent English language skills – highly communicative.
- Knowledge of modern sales channels.
- Interpersonal skills.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently.
