**Role Overview**

As a global sales development manager, you will be responsible for managing and mentoring a successful team of 2-10 SDRs / BDRs. Your primary objective is to maintain a multi-million dollar pipeline and ensure the team's success in bringing exceptional outbound sales development results.

Our ideal candidate has excellent academic results, bachelor's or equivalent degree in business or STEM, knowledge and passion for business development, sales and technology, and leadership experience. They should also be able to use data to drive team activities and continuous improvement.

We are looking for someone who is organized, persistent, analytical, hard-working, and cares to ensure that smart and ambitious people learn and develop the skills they need to represent the company outstandingly well.
