Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
  2. Build relationships with potential clients through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation methods.
  3. Identify new opportunities and devise strategies for entering and expanding in those markets.
  4. Create compelling presentations and proposals showcasing our services and addressing client needs.
  5. Negotiate contracts and close deals ensuring profitable partnerships.
  6. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify potential risks and opportunities.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  2. 3 years of experience in sales and business development preferably in the logistics industry.
  3. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  6. A strategic mindset with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  7. Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
  8. Ability to travel as needed (10-15%).
  9. Team player with a positive attitude and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
