Marketing and Business Development Lead

TN Norway is seeking an experienced Marketing and Business Development Lead to join our team in Oslo. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic marketing initiatives
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies
- Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to inform marketing strategies
- Bachelor's degree or recognized equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., marketing, business administration)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing or a related field
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth
- Excellent communication, project management, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
