About the Role

At SAP SE, we are seeking an experienced Sales Territory Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals in assigned territories, driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, partner relationship management, and cloud business planning. You will work closely with partners to develop effective strategies, manage sales cycles, and coordinate activities to ensure successful closing of opportunities.

As a Sales Territory Lead, you will be the primary point of contact for partners in your assigned territory, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of sales professionals in assigned territories, driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
  • Develop and execute partner engagement strategies to drive cloud pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Manage sales cycles, including lead generation, qualification, and closure.
  • Coordinate partner activities, such as training and enablement, to ensure successful execution of sales strategies.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales teams, product managers, and marketing teams, to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales leadership, partner relationship management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
  • Strong business planning and strategy development skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as business administration, marketing, or sales.
