Regional Business Development Manager

We are hiring a Regional Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts in the EMEA region. As a seasoned EVP, you will drive Hansen's continued success by formulating and implementing strategic plans to achieve revenue and margin growth.
Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and clients, overseeing sales teams and strategies, and working closely with product teams to ensure that products meet market demands.
You will need to have a proven track record of selling deals over €1m, high-level adeptness in understanding customer business challenges, and exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate teams, foster collaboration, and drive performance are also essential.
We require a fast-moving, results-driven individual with a strong customer focus. An analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and insights is necessary. Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required is also necessary.
You will be responsible for developing and managing distribution channels, including direct sales, partnerships, and third-party resellers. You will also analyse sales data and market trends to forecast revenue and develop budgets for commercial operations.
