Are you passionate about driving growth in the renewable energy sector? As a key player in Otovo's European expansion strategy, you will play a vital role in strengthening partnerships and accelerating the adoption of solar energy solutions.

- With a presence in 13 European markets, we are now focused on driving regional market growth through effective partnership management.
This is an exciting opportunity to join Otovo's growing team as a Clean Energy Business Development Executive. In this critical role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute regional market expansion strategies, focusing on partnership onboarding, portfolio management, sales enablement, collaboration, implementation, and performance monitoring.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective strategies to engage and onboard new business partners.
- Nurture strong relationships with existing partners to ensure their satisfaction and performance.
- Support the development and execution of regional market expansion plans.
- Clearly articulate Otovo's value proposition to potential partners.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to maximize partnership impact.
- Ensure smooth technical setup and collaboration with partners.
- Track partner performance and contribute to meeting key targets.
- Relevant degree in business administration or related field.
- Proven track record in B2B sales, account management, or partnerships.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in relevant fields.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluency in English and at least one additional language (Norwegian, Swedish, or German).
