Entrepreneurial Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our Norwegian Branch as a Lead Account Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to drive revenue growth, building and maintaining relationships with customers, and coaching and mentoring other sales colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and executing a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base in Norway. - Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, providing exceptional customer service and support. - Team Leadership
Provide coaching and guidance to other sales colleagues, helping them to achieve their goals and develop their skills.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in sales and customer relationship management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
