About the Role
As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers in the Americas region. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT-related projects, excellent presentation skills, and knowledge of agile methodologies. Experience with Salesforce, Jira, and CRMs is a plus. The ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders is essential. In addition to the required skills, we appreciate proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese alongside English language skills.
