About the Position

Cisco is seeking a highly skilled Business Outcomes Manager to help drive customer success and growth through our technologies.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive software adoption and value realization by developing and implementing effective strategies.
  • Manage renewal risks, identify opportunities for growth, and work closely with Sales and Renewals teams to drive ARR growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify use cases that drive value and business outcomes, and act as a technology advocate to inform product development and improvements.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to customers to ensure they achieve their business and technical goals with Cisco technologies.

This position requires a deep understanding of our technologies, industry trends, and competitive landscape, as well as excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
