Your Key Tasks:
- Collaborate with senior management to analyze sales and recruitment figures, providing insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including Country Directors and clients.
- Develop and implement market development initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Communicate sales strategies effectively to the sales team, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Support business strategies, training needs, and operational practices, contributing to the success of our global operations.
- Participate in sales forecasting, budgeting, and event planning processes, helping to shape our commercial strategy.
