The Account Growth Specialist position at TN Norway requires a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our sales efforts in the UK market. As a key player in our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to acquire new business and drive growth.
You will lead a solution and value-based sales process, building and executing strategic plans, and driving initiatives to build and maintain a strong pipeline that creates revenue quarter over quarter. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record of building net new business and managing the deal cycle from prospecting to closing.
We are looking for someone with 3+ years of experience in a value-based new sales closing role within the SaaS industry, involving sales to large and enterprise-level clients in the UK market.
- Proven track record and motivation for building net new business and managing the deal cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Strong business acumen and ability to be both strategic and hands-on with your accounts.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills - the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
