About the Role:

As a key member of our Field Sales Operations team, you will be responsible for developing strategies for prioritizing, targeting, and closing key opportunities in assigned territories. As a seasoned Business Development Manager, you will leverage your expertise in selling SaaS/Cloud based ERP/HCM/Financial/Planning/Analytics solutions to C-levels from a field sales position to drive new customer growth. Your ability to partner with customers to craft relevant solutions that deliver long-lasting value will be essential in achieving our revenue goals. If you have 8+ years of experience in the field and a proven track record of managing longer deal cycles, we encourage you to apply.

About You:

Successful candidates will have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, as well as prior experience with collaborating with internal teams to achieve quota and running multiple deals at once. Your ability to establish trust with key stakeholders and maintain accurate and timely customer/prospect pipeline and service forecast data will be critical to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop strategy for prioritizing, targeting, and closing key opportunities in assigned territory.
  2. Perform account planning for assigned accounts, coordinating with pre-sales and other resources to ensure strategic alignment.
  3. Initiate and support sales of Workday solutions within Large Enterprise prospects and share Workday value proposition.
  4. Be responsible for developing relationships with net new customers with a focus on deal management and connecting customers with Workday solutions, particularly HCM and core financials.
  5. Negotiate deals with a variety of C-Suite Executives to close opportunities.
  6. Maintain accurate and timely customer/prospect, pipeline, and service forecast data.
