Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to fill the role of Lead Account Executive in our Norwegian Branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building and maintaining relationships with customers, and coaching and mentoring other sales colleagues.

Responsibilities
  • Revenue Growth
    Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base in Norway.
  • Customer Relationship Management
    Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Team Leadership
    Provide coaching and guidance to other sales colleagues, helping them to achieve their goals and develop their skills.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in sales and customer relationship management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
