Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join Otovo's growing team as a Renewable Energy Partnership Specialist. In this critical role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute regional market expansion strategies, focusing on partnership onboarding, portfolio management, sales enablement, collaboration, implementation, and performance monitoring.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to engage and onboard new business partners.
  • Nurture strong relationships with existing partners to ensure their satisfaction and performance.
  • Support the development and execution of regional market expansion plans.
  • Clearly articulate Otovo's value proposition to potential partners.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to maximize partnership impact.
  • Ensure smooth technical setup and collaboration with partners.
  • Track partner performance and contribute to meeting key targets.
Requirements
  • Relevant degree in business administration or related field.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, account management, or partnerships.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in relevant fields.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English and at least one additional language (Norwegian, Swedish, or German).
