We are BrightAnalytics, a fast-growing Belgian/European Fintech company with international expansion ambitions. Our dynamic and enthusiastic team is seeking a highly motivated professional to play a key role in our growing sales team.
Sales Strategy
As a Lead Account Executive, you will be responsible for generating revenue and motivating other sales colleagues in the office. This requires a mix of business/finance insights and hands-on, fast and relentless execution of our winning strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Analysis
Conduct daily market analysis to deliver market insights, help identify and address business/product priorities and enable us to stay ahead of the market. - Create Customer Base
Generate leads via combined business-marketing development actions to fuel our sales pipe. Build and maintain successful relationships with prospects, achieve and surpass your personal goals by guiding potential clients through our sales cycle and closing deals. - Team Coaching
Act as a coach to ensure that other sales colleagues are ramping successfully. Motivate and inspire your colleagues to achieve and surpass their goals and reach an overall high level of performance (raising the bar).
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have a successful track record in a business/sales context or experience in a financial position with the desire to make the switch to an entrepreneurial sales/business challenge. You should also be fluent in Norwegian and English, familiar with the local business culture and have excellent organizational and communication skills.
