**Job Title:** Automotive Retail Specialist
**About TN Norway**: As the first overseas subsidiary of BYD group, we provide European customers with new energy vehicles, rechargeable batteries, solar panels, and related services.
We're looking for an experienced Automotive Retail Specialist to join our team in Norway. In this role, you'll build strong partnerships with dealers in the automotive industry, understanding their needs and delivering BYD products and services.
- Develop and execute sales strategies and plans for Norway, focusing on visiting retail stores.
- Conduct regular visits to retail locations across Norway to support and motivate the sales team, ensuring they have necessary resources and training.
**Key Responsibilities:*
- Work closely with the Head of Sales Norway to develop and execute sales strategies and plans for Norway.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and expansion possibilities within the retail channel.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends in the retail sector, providing insights and recommendations.
- Provide regular reports and updates to the Head of Sales Norway on retail performance, market feedback, and sales opportunities.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in field sales management, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of the retail market in Norway, including customer preferences and distribution channels.
