Senior Sales Consultant

In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive business growth and develop strong relationships with key retail partners in Norway and Iceland.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and plans for Norway and Iceland, focusing on building strong partnerships with dealers in the automotive industry.
  • Conduct regular visits to retail locations across Norway and Iceland to support and motivate the sales team, ensuring they have necessary resources and training.
  • Lead by example, engaging in store visits, product demonstrations, and sales support to drive sales performance.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, ensuring excellent customer service and fostering loyalty.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in field sales management, preferably within the automotive industry or visiting retail stores.
  • Strong knowledge of the retail market in Norway and Iceland, including customer preferences and distribution channels.
