As a Strategic Sales Consultant at TN Norway, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and expansion in the UK market. We are seeking a highly motivated and achievement-driven individual to lead our sales efforts and develop strategic plans to acquire new business.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record of building net new business and managing the deal cycle from prospecting to closing.
You will be responsible for leading a solution and value-based sales process, building and executing strategic plans, and driving initiatives to build and maintain a strong pipeline that creates revenue quarter over quarter.
We are looking for someone with 3+ years of experience in a value-based new sales closing role within the SaaS industry, involving sales to large and enterprise-level clients in the UK market.
- Proven track record and motivation for building net new business and managing the deal cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Strong business acumen and ability to be both strategic and hands-on with your accounts.
- Excellent negotiation skills - ability to engage the customer in a strategic dialogue, aiming to reach a mutually beneficial agreement.
- Strong ability to build relationships - connecting with and building trust to ensure a long-term relationship with the customer.
