Your Job Description

You will be responsible for sales and marketing activities, leading teams, and delivering complex projects. Your role will involve collaborating with clients as an integrated team member to achieve lasting results.

You will work with Norway's leading industrial production companies, covering industrial strategy and operations, involving data and analytics for automation, sustainable production, and asset management.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales and marketing activities towards new and existing customers
  • Leading and/or being a central part of teams planning and delivering complex projects
  • Delivering tangible results with top management at our clients
  • Collaborating with clients as an integrated team member to achieve lasting results
  • Working with Norway's leading industrial production companies
Your Qualifications

A master's degree with strong academic results in engineering, business, or finance is required. Relevant experience will be considered.

You should have minimum 8 years of work experience in areas such as industrial strategy, lean operations, optimization, and digitization of production, and/or asset management on senior management level.

  • Experience in one or more of the following areas of expertise is particularly relevant: Industry 4.0, energy management, Smart Plant, Digital Twin, CO2 emission optimization, OT service management, and similar.
  • Management consulting experience is beneficial, but not necessary. Similar experience in corporate management roles in large industrial companies is also advantageous.
  • Sector expertise in manufacturing, oil & gas, renewable energy, aquaculture, and/or industrial public sector is beneficial.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to discuss strategic choices, technical, and operational implications on efficiency and results.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build good interpersonal relationships and interact with C-level executives.
  • Understanding of technology and data at an industrial level.
  • Project management experience.
  • A structured approach to tasks.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the organization.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in Norwegian and English.
