We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Vice President of Sales to lead our sales efforts in the EMEA region. As an EVP, you will drive Hansen's continued success by building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and clients.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling deals over €1m, high-level adeptness in understanding customer business challenges, and exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate teams, foster collaboration, and drive performance are also essential.

We require a fast-moving, results-driven individual with a strong customer focus. An analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and insights is necessary. Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required is also necessary.

In this role, you will formulate and implement strategic plans for the EMEA region to achieve revenue and margin growth. You will develop and manage distribution channels, including direct sales, partnerships, and third-party resellers. You will also analyse sales data and market trends to forecast revenue and develop budgets for commercial operations.
