B2B Partnership Growth Manager

We're looking for a highly motivated and skilled Sales Manager to join our Wolt for Work team
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for growing and developing Wolt's corporate SMB and mid-sized partnership portfolio within Norway and throughout the Nordic region.
What You'll Be Doing- Developing and executing a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue growth targets.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers at prospective companies.
- Closing partnership agreements and ensuring seamless onboarding processes.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
- Providing excellent customer service and support to existing partners.
- Proven track record of success in sales, account management, or business development.
- Strong understanding of the B2B sales landscape and current trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
