Sunphade is a Norwegian technology company dedicated to improving energy efficiency and comfort in buildings. We're looking for a talented Strategic Growth Manager to join our team and help us grow in Norway and globally.
About the Company:- We've developed a self-adjusting solar film that reduces heat and glare while saving energy

About the Role:
- Identify and establish new customers and partnerships to drive business growth
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Create engaging sales and business presentations, business cases, and analyses to win over customers
- Collaborate with leadership and technical teams to deliver customer solutions and ensure high-quality service
About You:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B and partnership sales, preferably in the real estate industry
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business, sales, engineering, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of customer needs and solution-oriented approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office tools
- Fluent in both Norwegian and English
