About the Role:

  • Identify and establish new customers and partnerships to drive business growth
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Create engaging sales and business presentations, business cases, and analyses to win over customers
  • Collaborate with leadership and technical teams to deliver customer solutions and ensure high-quality service

About You:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B and partnership sales, preferably in the real estate industry
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business, sales, engineering, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of customer needs and solution-oriented approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office tools
  • Fluent in both Norwegian and English
