About the Opportunity

As part of our innovative team at TN Norway, you will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to integrate organizational development insights through effective project management and stakeholder collaboration. This will involve fostering key stakeholder engagement, designing project plans, and executing and managing the anchoring of people initiatives according to the strategic plan.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
  1. Developing and implementing organizational development concepts and initiatives based on a thorough understanding of core people processes, leadership, and culture.
  2. Designing project plans for people concepts, detailing objectives, resources, timelines, and expected outcomes to ensure successful implementation.
  3. Fostering key stakeholder engagement, including People & Organization Business Partners, to ensure co-creation, alignment, and secure support throughout project lifecycles.
  4. Executing and managing the anchoring of people initiatives according to the strategic plan, applying agile methodologies while continuously monitoring progress and making real-time adjustments to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and performance metrics.
  5. Effective communication and documentation of project processes and outcomes, disseminating insights and best practices throughout the organization to promote a culture of continuous learning and collaborative improvement.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A master's degree in organizational development, human resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in organizational development or a related field, with knowledge in organizational change, leadership development, and employee engagement.
  • Project management experience and have facilitated initiatives in complex organizations.
