**Job Description**

We are seeking a dynamic Ad Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our market share in the gaming industry.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, particularly in gaming, and a proven track record of driving growth and establishing strong industry partnerships.

Responsibilities include developing and executing business development strategies, closing deals, managing client relationships, collaborating with cross-functional teams, participating in new product development, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years experience within the fields of sales, business development, marketing, or a similar role in the gaming industry preferably related to gaming advertising.
  • Existing solid network and connections within the gaming industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding business development targets and driving growth through strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Extensive expertise and experience within the gaming advertising field.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
  • Willingness to travel, and attend client meetings and industry events.
