  • As an Sales Development Representative (SDR), your role will be to:

  1. Pipeline Management: Manage, nurture, and grow your pipeline by running your own prospecting initiatives.
  2. Lead Generation: Maintain a minimum call & email volume to move your leads down the Sales funnel.
  3. New Business Opportunities: Proactively seek new business opportunities in the German market.
  4. Reporting and Tracking: Manage, track, and report your daily activities and results using HubSpot, Salesloft, Cognism, and other tools.
  5. Territory Work: Partner with Account Executives to work the territory and succeed together.
  6. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with Kindly's products and services.
  7. Ongoing Training: Participate and actively engage in ongoing training to learn new best practices and develop your skills in a revenue-driving role.
