About the JobWe are looking for a talented individual to join our sales team in South Norway as an Area Sales Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing business relationships with key accounts, including opticians and regional department stores.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer data to identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
- Create and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Conduct product knowledge sessions and provide training to customers' sales staff.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform future sales strategies.
- Work closely with the trade marketing team to develop and execute trade marketing plans.
- Manage in-store visual merchandising and point-of-sale displays to ensure alignment with Kering distribution strategy.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in sales roles with a proven track record in fashion/accessories/lifestyle/cosmetics or high-end consumer goods.
- Fashion industry experience is desirable but not required.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Results-driven and goal-oriented mindset.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
