Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Field Sales Representative - Eyewear to join our team at EssilorLuxottica. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering targeted sales volumes, values, return rates, and brand distribution and penetration objectives in the sport channel distribution market in Norway.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communications skills, with a proven track record of building relationships with customers and driving sales growth. You will also have a solid understanding of the sports industry and a passion for eyewear products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guarantee sales in assigned clients/products by delivering individual targeted sales volumes, values, return rates, and brand distribution and penetration objectives.
  • Develop business by building relations with customers and visiting them frequently.
  • Effective territory coverage - ensure frequency of visits and a consistent level of service for all customers in accordance with company guidelines.

The success of this role will be measured by:
  • Delivering targeted sales volumes, values, return rates, and brand distribution and penetration objectives.
  • Building strong relationships with customers and driving sales growth.
