We're looking for growth-minded professionals who will help us scale international sales and ensure strong customer engagement.

What We're Looking For

Our ideal candidate is a proactive individual who can take ownership of outreach strategies and work closely with the rest of the sales team to reach annual sales targets.

As a startup, adaptability is key as we continuously improve our product and processes.

Responsibilities

You'll be responsible for managing your part of the sales funnel from lead identification to scheduling meetings.

This includes prospecting new opportunities through various outbound sales strategies such as cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and in-person meetings.

You'll create opportunities across multiple regions ensuring accurate data maintenance and reliable forecasts.

A key part of this role involves deeply understanding customer pain points and tailoring solutions to address their specific needs.

You'll build credibility by employing a consultative sales approach and cultivating relationships throughout the solar industry.

You'll also represent the company at conferences and trade shows to grow our network and brand presence.

Qualifications
  • At least 1.5 years of relevant B2B sales experience
  • Comfortable selling internationally with an interest in understanding diverse target audiences
  • Collaborative spirit within the sales team and across other departments
  • Experience or interest in renewable energy
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
  • Experience with CRM and sales analytics
