Job Overview

As a Field Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Sales team in Norway and Iceland. You will work closely with the Head of Sales Norway & Iceland to develop and execute sales strategies and plans for the region.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Sales team in developing and executing sales strategies and plans.
  • Visit retail locations across Norway and Iceland to provide product demonstrations and sales support.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expansion possibilities within the retail channel.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends in the retail sector.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the Head of Sales Norway & Iceland.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in field sales management, preferably within the automotive industry or with experience in visiting retail stores.
  • Strong knowledge of the retail market in Norway and Iceland, including customer preferences and distribution channels.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with retail partners and the sales team.
  • Analytical mindset to assess sales data, track performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.
