Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Sales professional to lead our industrial refrigeration sales in Region, with a focus on developing and increasing visibility for our business.

The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor, providing value to customers and influencing the business through expert sales approach.

Responsibilities include creating and rolling out sales strategies, developing customer relationships, organizing field sales teams, and collaborating with corporate KAMs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth across all Area markets.
  2. Maintain direct customer relationships, leveraging local sales expertise.
  3. Organize field sales teams and sales back offices to deliver high-quality performance and raise customer satisfaction.
  4. Collaborate with Corporate KAMs to set account targets and implement sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Strong sales experience, preferably in industrial sales or HVAC/heat pumps/refrigeration fields.
  • Excellent communication skills, customer-oriented attitude, and high resilience.
  • MS Office and Salesforce advanced software knowledge.
