Regional Sales Executive

We are seeking a skilled Regional Sales Executive to join our team in Norway. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the assigned region.
Your primary focus will be on planning and executing sales strategies to promote our product portfolios among healthcare personnel. You will build strong relationships with key opinion leaders and stakeholders, co-defining plans and promotion activities to enhance our presence in the market.
You will manage sales and negotiations with hospital departments, as well as tender negotiations with procurement organizations. Additionally, you will oversee in-hospital consignment stocks and actively participate in the Nordic team's development and stretched assignments.
To succeed in this role, you must have prior sales experience, preferably from the healthcare/device sales sector. A strong commercial mindset, ability to navigate complex organizations, and excellent communication skills are essential.
