About the Role

This key position is instrumental in driving smatch's expansion in the Scandinavian fashion market. As a Senior Seller, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with retailers and negotiating deals to grow our market presence. This role requires a deep understanding of the retail industry, excellent sales skills, and the ability to lead a team.

  • Develop and execute strategies to expand smatch's selling options and increase revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and other stakeholders.
  • Oversee budget planning and optimization to ensure profitability.
  • Mentor junior sellers and provide guidance on sales strategy and operations.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform sales decisions.
About You

We are seeking an experienced sales professional with a proven track record in the off-price apparel, footwear, and accessories industry. You should have a strong network in Scandinavia and be fluent in Swedish/Finnish/Norwegian and English. Proficiency in Excel and category management is also essential.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the off-price sector.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel for meetings and events.
