Technical Sales Manager for Norway

As a Technical Sales Manager at TN Norway, you will play a critical role in driving our business development efforts in the Norwegian brownfield market.
Responsibilities:The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the oil and gas industry and be able to develop and maintain a strategy for the Norwegian brownfield market in dialogue with our management team.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to capture new business opportunities and grow existing ones.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through collaborative efforts with cross-functional teams.
- Manage the sales pipeline to ensure accurate revenue forecasting and maximize revenue potential.
- Communicate sales activities internally according to our sales plan, including customer visits, calls, lead follow-ups, and quotation generation.
- Stay up-to-date with the competitive landscape in the Norwegian brownfield market and maintain an overview of competitors.
- Support strategy meetings and contribute to decision-making processes.
