We're looking for an experienced Commercial Development Expert to join our Sales organization in Norway. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

About the Role

In this role, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze market trends, assess customer needs, and develop targeted solutions to meet those needs. Your expertise in selling complex software solutions and services will enable you to navigate the Telco, Manufacturing, Energy, Utilities, or Retail sectors with confidence.

You'll be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth. Your strong analytical skills, combined with your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders, will be essential in driving success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to inform sales approaches.
  • Budget planning, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with product teams to develop and refine sales messaging and materials.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably in the Enterprise software industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, including prospecting, lead generation, and conversion.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights.
  • Fluent in Norwegian and English languages.
