We're looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Pre-Sales to join our team and drive our Sales Engineering efforts forward. In this role, you'll lead a talented team and engage directly with Enterprise customers to showcase the value of our platform.

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for setting clear strategy, goals and objectives for the team, and providing guidance on how to achieve them. You'll also monitor the KPIs that are set up for the Pre-Sales team and make sure we are on track to achieve the goals.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the company's products or services, as well as industry trends and competitive offerings. They should also have exceptional verbal and written communication skills to present complex value propositions to key stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor and coach the Pre-Sales team, ensuring they have the necessary skills, knowledge and resources to effectively support the sales process.
  • Set clear strategy, goals and objectives for the team, and provide guidance on how to achieve them.
  • Monitor the KPIs that are set up for the Pre-Sales team and make sure we are on track to achieve the goals.
