Large Enterprise Sales Professional

We are seeking a Large Enterprise Sales Professional to join our team in Norway. As a key player in our Field Sales Operations organization, you will be responsible for driving new customer growth through strategic sales efforts.
Your primary objectives will be to:
- Evaluate potential sales opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies to meet the needs of our customers.
- Pursue sales opportunities through effective communication of the value proposition of our solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure strategic alignment and achieve sales goals.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least 8 years of experience selling SaaS/Cloud based ERP/HCM/Financial/Planning/or Analytics solutions to C-levels from a field sales position.
- Proven ability to collaborate with internal teams to achieve quota and run multiple deals at once.
- Experience with managing longer deal cycles, including prospecting for a portion of opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to quickly establish trust with key stakeholders.
- Prior experience with partnering with internal team members on account strategies for short and long term prospecting and territory management.
- Fluent in English.
